What Do You Mean By A "Physical Product"? (Pt 2) - When Agile Gets Physical

Kathy Iberle gives her definition of what a "physical product" means, so you'll know which areas of your organization will be affected.

A physical product is something you can touch, that has a tangible existence. Any object that is subject to the laws of physics is something we're considering to be "physical". This is part of what makes the cost and difficulty level of change so much more. Usually a physical product also comes with a physical manufacturing process as well, and any changes to the product physically also means changes to the machines and equipment that makes them.
